It is a very quiet well placed little hotel, well looked after and with very helpful staff. Unfortunately we did not try the dinner as we were going out but the menu looked excellent and the breakfast was very good. The room was clean and well kept. Unfortunately also we did not try the other amenities like the gym and swimming pool but we will certainly stay there again so as to enjoy them as well as the dinner. My experience was great. I only stayed for 2 nights, but I really enjoyed. I never used the pool, but it did look to a good standard. The breakfast included was also tasty, not much to select from, but still tasty.

A quaint inn-like lodging outside of Dar es Salaam by the beach. Our stay was made extra special by housekeeping, reception, restaurant staff. While the property was well maintained and clean, the beach was not maintained, littered with garbage brought in and out with the tides. If Mediterraneo could also focus on its beach clean up, it would stand out with pride as a corporate citizen being part of the solution.
